Ne-Yo and his girlfriend, Monyetta Shaw, welcome a baby girl! Monyetta gave birth to their baby girl Friday night.

According to People, radio stations in Georgia reported Monyetta went into labor in the city while Ne-Yo attended a charity event. Ne-Yo rushed from the event to the hospital to be sure he was in attendance when his baby girl made her debut.

The baby’s name is Madilyn Grace Smith and she was originally due in January.

Ne-Yo has has something else to celebrate with the release of his new album Libra Scale scheduled to drop Nov. 22nd.
