According to TMZ, a Missouri woman filed paternity papers while Lil Wayne was still in the slammer. It is alleged her fathered a child back in 2002 and now the 8-year-old’s grandmother has obtained a court order for Wayne to take a DNA test. Lil Wayne already has four kids by four different women.

Wayne was suppose to be tested before September 10, 2010 but due to his incarceration the judge pushed the deadline to December 9th.

The grandmother never explained why she is the one pursuing the DNA test rather than her daughter. The mother of the child’s name isn’t even listed on any of the court documents.
