Lmara Odom can now breathe easy after settling outside of court with woman who was injured in a car crash he was involved in back in 2007.

TMZ has learned, Kathleen Colimitras, has asked an L.A. County Superior Court judge to dismiss the lawsuit she filed against Lamar.

Lamar had tried to settle with the woman a few years ago but he obviously wasn’t offering her enough money because she still filed the lawsuit. Lamar must have pulled out the big bills because she’s satisfied with the amount of the settlement and no longer wants to go forth with the charges.

I know he’s happy he got that out his hair Lol
