DMX has been arrested a-freakin-gain!!

Dark Man X was arrested in the Maricopa County section of Phoenix on Thursday for a parole violation and jailed.  DMX  has been arrested in Maricopa County alone 6 times!!

The actually alleged violation has not been released to the media or the public at press time.

No word on what DMX did to violate his parole.

I’m at a lost for words for DMX and his many arrests…conspiracy maybe?? I don’t know. I feel the government has it out for X but X needs to get himself together so they can stop effin wit him.

According to RadarOnline

Sources tell RadarOnline.com that he had cocaine on him. In addition, according to the complaint, he was also cited for use of Oxycontin without a prescription, failing to submit to drug testing, failing to participate in counseling programs, failure to make payments, and driving on a suspended license.

The complaint reads: “Mr. Simmons has several felony convictions, and has been given multiple opportunities to succeed on probation. He has been directed to treatment, as well as chose his own treatment program and continues to use illegal drugs following their opportunities.”

Simmons, 39, was on parole for an assault conviction when he was arrested.

DMX has been ordered to appear in court on Wednesday, November 24 for a probation revocation hearing.

He is currently being held without bond.
