Kanye West is looking to be in court soon since a photographer has hit him with a lawsuit after being attacked by Kanye’s security guard back in May ’08.  

According to Michael Vazquez’ lawsuit, he was at an event sponsored by Casio’s G-Shock Watch to photograph Kanye, who was paid $1 million dollars to appear and perform.

Vazquez, 44, claims the night went horribly wrong after West’s security guards caused him to suffer injuries during the beating, which included bruises and a dislocated shoulder.

“The assault and battery was committed by defendant, Kanye West, [his] agents, servants and/or employees, with malice” Vazquez’ lawsuit said.

Kanye West could not be reached for comment.
