LeBron “King” James’ mother Gloria James  is being sued by the Miami beach hotel valet whom she verbally abused and assaulted while he was trying to retrieve her car.

The valet, whose name is Sorel Rockefeller, filed a lawsuit Tuesday saying  he suffered “emotional distress, humiliation, mental anguish (and) loss of capacity for enjoyment of life” after allegedly being beat down by Gloria James on April 7 at the Fountainbleau hotel where he works.

Sorel, isn’t playing either he is seeking $15,000 in damages in the civil suit that was filed five days after the incident happen.

When police were called to the hotel on April 7th, Sorel said  James became upset because it was taking too long to deliver her car and then that’s when she hit him, according to police. Gloria James had bloodshot eyes and a strong odor of alcohol on her breath.

As of right now, Gloria James is not expected to face arraignment on charges of simple battery and disorderly intoxication for about month.

“We do not comment on pending legal matters and therefore will not have any comment regarding the civil lawsuit,” said Gloria James attorney Christopher Lyons.

Here’s my thought, she needs to grow up! I wonder who she expects to pay for this…her son LeBron or her boy toy/LeBron’s ex-team mate Delonte West? Hmm…
