Maria Shriver has taken the next step in her failed marriage with Arnold Schwarzenegger and has hired a divorce attorney to represent her but…she’s still unsure on whether or not she’s actually going to divorce him!

According to PEOPLE.com, she has retained the services of prominent lawyer Laura Wasser, but isn’t sure she’ll leave her husband of 25 years despite his admission that he fathered a child with a longtime member of their household staff.

“Maria hasn’t decided yet if she wants to end her marriage,” a source tells the magazine, adding that Wasser was hired before the love child and affair news was revealed. A rep for Shriver did not comment.

Hmmm..what do you guys think? Should she divorce Arnold?
