Kim Kardashian must be serious about her new boo because she is suing tabloid magazine In Touch Weekly for running a false story saying she was in a 5-month relationship with New England Patriot’s safety Bret Lockett. Not only that, she plans on suing Bret Lockett because he’s the one saying they had a relationship filled with “dirty texting” and “phone sex.” This would mean she would have been semi-cheating (depends on what you call cheating) on her fiance New Jersey Net Kris Humphries.
According to TMZ:
Kardashian has fired off a new demand letter to Lockett, obtained by TMZ, which warns him if he doesn’t retract his allegations and cease from making fresh ones, his new position will be defendant on the left side of the courtroom. In the letter, Kim’s lawyer, Michael Kump, says, “To put it very plainly and clearly, and as Mr. Lockett knows, there is not now, and never has been such a relationship,” adding, “Ms. Kardashian does not know and has never even met Mr. Lockett.”

Lockett spoke with TMZ live on yesterday and said he’s not worried about Kim’s lawsuit.“It really doesn’t bother me because when all the allegations are correct and all the facts are in place, it’s nothing to bother me at all. I’m actually not shocked that she said that [I'm lying], but at the end of the day, I know what it is. And if she wants to go ahead and pursue with those actions, that’s not a problem with me.”
Daaaaaaaaamn dude must be really bored because of the NFL lockout. Even if she did have this 5-month “relationship” with Bret, why is he so adamant about Kimmy confessing?? Is it that serious?
