He might…according to his neighbors. They are accusing Breezy of parking in handicapped spaces, blasting music, and racing dogs in hallways in his West Hollywood condo.

According to TMZ, Chris Brown has been parking his cars in handicapped spaces where he has been ticketed numerous times for doing so. The building’s manager says everyone has had it with Chris and they plan on towing Chris’ care if parks in those spots again.

According to Chris’ lawyer, the deed says the two spaces belong to Chris but the developer never disclosed the spots were reserved for the handicapped. Chris plans to fight his parking tickets and getting things ironed out about his parking spaces.

Not only is he parking in handicapped spaces, his neighbors say he’s very disrespectful playing loud music/partying day and night and racing dogs down the hallways at all hours.

I wonder if these “neighbors” are just MAD Chris Brown is in their building. You know ALL of American still haven’t forgiven him.
