Lil Wayne is being sued for allegedly stealing the beat to his hit “How To Love,” this according to rapper Rich Rick.

According to TMZ, Rich filed the lawsuit against Tunechi earlier this week in L.A. County Superior Court, claiming he purchased several master recordings between 2006 and 2009 which included the “How To Love” beat from a group of producers called the Drummer Boyz.

Rick says the Drummer Boyz pitched the same beat to Lil Wayne in exchange for a 35% royalty agreement, eventually using the beat on “How to Love.” Rich insists the Drummer Boyz screwed him over so he’s suing Lil Wayne, the Drummer Boyz and others for everythingthing from breach of contract to fraud! Rich wants everything the Drummer Boyz are entitled to under their agreement with Tunechi PLUS 10& interest.

Lil Wayne nor the Drummer Boyz were able to be reached.
