Back in July, Rodney King was busted for driving under the influence in Moreno Valley, CA. Police officers observed him committing multiple violations while driving so they pulled him over.

King was arrested and booked on suspicion of driving under the influence after undergoing a DUI investigation. King later told CNN he was under the influence of a “medical marijuana prescription.”

If Rodney King is convicted he could face some serious jail time due to his previous DUI conviction.

Damn.
