Earlier today (August 19th) Teairra Marí (born Teairra Marquisha Thomas) was ARRESTED in Beverly Hills for drunk driving after she crashed her car and assaulted a police officer, according to TMZ.

The 23-year-old “Lottery Ticket” actress/R&B singer was driving a silver Infiniti through Beverly Hills, CA when she rear-ended the car in front of her around 3:00AM/PST.

Sources say police “observed ‘signs of intoxication’ from Teairra” and continued to arrest her for a DUI. One source even said she was so wasted she could barely stand up straight. Not only that, she was “combative” as they tried to arrest her and it resulted in a police officer  suffering a “minor cut” on his hand.

Teairra Marí  was in custody and held on $50,000 bail till being released at 1:10 pm PST today.
