Lil Fizz from R&B group B2K is being sued by the State of California for more than $1 million for allegedly operating an illegal marijuana dispensary in L.A., according to TMZ.
25-year-old Lil Fizz (born Dreux Pierre Frederic) is being accused of owning a marijuana dispensary in West Hollywood, CA called Little Amsterdam. The shop opened a little over a year ago on July, 1, 2010.
Fizz probably should have did a little research before he opened shope because his dispensary was in an area where weed shops are strictly prohibited.
In the docs, prosecutors want Lil’ Fizz to shut down his operation ASAP … PLUS, they want him to pay a $2,500 fine for every day the shop has been open … which currently totals 477 days … so, $1,192,500.
Not only that…prosecutors want Lil Fizz to fork over an extra $750,000 to pay for law enforcement costs and attorney’s fees related to the case. SMH
Damn! Hope he saved from his B2K days.
