Lucky for T.O. the law is no longer looking to put him behind bars for back child support.
Last week, a waarant was issued for Terrell Owens over back child support for his 5-year-old daughter in California. His child’s mother, Monique Reynolds, confirmed through her lawyer that T.O. has finally paid his back child support.
According to Monique’s lawyer, “Terrell Owens has today paid his child support obligation to Monique Reynolds, and Ms. Reynolds has requested that the Court dismiss her contempt motion and recall the associated warrant that was issued.”
TMZ reports the arrest warrant will be recalled today. T.O. has been trying to get his child support payments lowered since he’s not bringing in as much $$$ as he was when he was playing in the NFL. The hearing to have his child support payments reduced is still pending as of now.
