UPDATE: Andre was charged with a felony count of aggravated domestic battery and was ordered to be held on $100,000 bond (which mean he has to come up with $10,000 to get out of jail). He was also ordered to not have any contact with the 22-month old girl or any other minors and he is prohibited from using the Internet.

Andre’s attorney said he did not intend to hurt the child or punish her and that he was just having fun.

A young father may have gotten himself in some trouble with the law after posting a picture of his daughter with her hands, feet & mouth duct taped and wrote, “This is wut happens wen my baby hits me back. ” The photo caught the attention of law enforcement and now police are investigating.

According to the report, one of Curry’s “friends” forwarded the photo to cops.

A Chicago police spokesman told The News that the 21-year-old father had not been arrested and that child protective services were involved.
