In non dead beat daddy news, Chris Bosh is going head-to-head with his baby mama Allison Mathis in court because he says she has refused to let him see his daughter, Trinity. Bosh claims Allison refuses to communicate with him directly and has not talked to her since April 2011.  He says he’s only communicated with her through her lawyers.

TMZ reports:

Bosh alleges Mathis has repeatedly either ignored his requests to see 3-year-old Trinity or only allowed him to see her for fewer days than their custody arrangement dictates.

Bosh filed docs a few months ago to have Mathis held in contempt and a court date had been set for July 12. But Bosh recently requested to have that date moved up because he says it conflicts with training camp for the U.S. Olympics team. A judge has yet to rule.

These two have been dukin’ it out in court for a while now. Last June, Bosh tried to get extra time with his daughter Trinity so that she could see him play in the NBA Finals. Allison wasn’t having it and didn’t allow him the extra time but Trinity was able to see him play in one game since the series lasted long enough where he played during one of her regularly scheduled visits.

Let’s hope these two can work it out for the sake of Trinity.
