Halle Berry and her baby daddy Gabriel Aubry stay in court! Gabriel is now being investigated by police for allegedly pushing Nahla’s nanny into a door while she was holding Nahla in her arms.

The nanny, Alliance Kamdem, filed a police report claiming she was injured after Gabriel went into a rage after she questioned him about not taking Nahla to school one day last week. The nanny says she went to pick little Nahla up from school when the school informed her she didn’t show up. The nanny went to Gabriel’s house to pick Nahla up and when she asked him why Nahla didn’t attend school that day his response was:

“You’re the f**king nanny. Who do you think you are? You are a nobody. You don’t need to f**king know anything.” 

She then claims he pushed her out of the door while she was holding Nahla. Now police are investigating Gabriel for both misdemeanor child endangerment and misdemeanor battery.

The nanny has since filed a restraining order against Gabriel claiming claimed he would retaliate, but the judge called her petition ”insufficient and speculative.” She also quit after the altercation took place.

Halle and Gabriel were both in court this morning after Halle filed an emergency hearing to prohibit Gabriel from having any contact with their 3-year-old daughter until the child endangerment investigation against him is resolved. After hearing the arguments, the judge decided not to make a decision because the judge who was originally handling their case is out on vacation. They will return Monday for a decision.

It’s also being reported that the nanny claims Gabriel had repeatedly yelled and cursed at her in front of Nahla. I wonder why she didn’t tell Halle about all of this sooner?

This is all a big mess. You can’t always believe police reports though. ANYONE can file a police report saying someone did something to them these days and get away with it! #justsayin
