Finally, a trial date has been set for the alleged killer of Jennifer Hudson’s mother, brother and nephew who were tragically murdered back in 2008.
The man accused of committing the triple murder is Jennifer’s estranged husband of her sister Juila Hudson, named William Balfour. Prosecutors believe he shot and killed her family in a jealous rage because Julia was dating another man.
Jennifer may be called as a witness to testify against him in court.

The trial was originally set for February but now it’s being reported that jury selection will begin on April 9th and the trial will begin this spring in Chicago.
