We told you earlier today that Halle Berry and her baby daddy Gabriel Aubry would appear in court today and well…nothing really was resolved.

It was requested but the L.A. County Department of Children and Family Services that Halle and Gabriel go to mediation to help them work their differences to help raise their 3-year-old daughter, Nahla.

According to TMZ, Halle was receptive but Gabriel wasn’t. Gabriel has agreed to counseling for his anger issues and Halle has agreed to continue her individual counseling

The judge DIDN’T make any decisions on:

• whether to fire the nanny
•  Halle’s request to keep Gabriel away from Nahla until the criminal investigation for child endangerment is complete

TMZ is reporting that the judge is on the verge of holding a full hearing, similar to trial to make his final decisions.

It always sucks when parents can’t come to an agreement for the sake of their child. Guess this will just have to run it’s course.
