Michael Vick’s little brother, Marcus Vick, has an arrest warrant issued to him this morning after he failed to turn himself in to the Newport News City Jail.
Find out why Marcus is in trouble with the law after the cut…
The former Virginia Tech quarterback (unlike his brother he was undrafted and played just one game for the Dolphins) was ordered to report to the facility by 5 p.m. Monday (Feb. 27th), but he never showed up. On Thursday (Feb. 23), Marcus Vick was sentenced to 10 days in jail for contempt of court. On two occasions he failed to appear for a charge of driving on a suspended license.
Marcus is no stranger to trouble though. In 2006 he was convicted for disorderly conduct and in 2009 he was convicted for contributing to the delinquency of a minor. Then, in 2008 he was charged with driving under the influence and eluding police.
*sighs* I hope he gets himself together. He should have learned a thing or two from his big brother.
