Beyonce stepped out again last night for the 2nd time since giving birth to her daughter, Blue Ivy, at Carnegie Hall supporting her husband, Jay-Z, at his benefit concert for The United Way Of New York City and the Shawn Carter Foundation.
She looked HOT in hip-hugging sparkly Monique Lhuillier dress, black Gucci heels, a Chanel purse, and Lorraine Schwartz jewels. And her nails are still electric blue.
