Gabriel Aubry is thanking his lucky stars because he will NOT be charged in the nanny assault case. According to a L.A. City Attorney spokesman, he will not be charged due to “insufficient evidence.”
Gabriel was accused of allegedly pushing Nahla’s nanny into a door while she was holding Nahla in her arms. The nanny filed a police report after the incident and Gabriel was investigated for misdemeanor battery and child endangerment.
A judge has ruled that Gabriel must have supervised visits with his daughter and he is not allowed to have overnight stays with Nahla.
Halle and Gabriel are now fighting in court again because Halle requested to move to Paris (with fiancé Olivier Martinez) for their safety due to a stalker on the loose. You know Gabriel isn’t going for that!
