Former NBA baller Allen Iverson wants to pump the brakes on his divorce claiming he and his wife have been gettin’ it IN lately which makes her  petition null & void.

A.I. has filed a motion to dismiss his pending divorce case because he claims from Nov. 2011 to Feb. 2012 he and his wife Tawanna temporarily reconciled. They “resumed their marital relationship, cohabiting, having sexual relations and holding themselves out as husband and wife.”

He’s hoping this is enough evidence for a judge to throw out Tawanna’s divorce petition, especially since she claimed their marriage was “irretrievably broken.”

No word on whether he’s really trying to actually be with her or if he’s just trying to delay having to fork over that spousal & child support.

No more late night booty calls Tawanna if you really trying to get that $$$
