Things still not going well for Bobby Brown after the recent death of his ex-wife, Whitney Houston.
43-year-old Bobby Brown now faces up to a year behind bars after being charged on Wednesday with driving under the influence while his license was suspended. smh
Bobby was spotted by cops driving while talking on a cell phone. They pulled him over, administered a sobriety test (which he failed) and then arrested him. His blood-alcohol level was 0.12 percent.
He now faces misdemeanor charges of driving under the influence, driving with a blood-alcohol level above .08 percent and driving on a suspended license. If found guilty of all three, he could be sentenced to a year in a county jail.
His license was reported to have been suspended last year in relation to a speeding incident.
There have been reports that Cissy Houston is saying Bobby’s recent DUI incident is exactly why he wants him far away from her granddaughter, Bobbi Kristina. She feels he was a negative influence on Whitney and will be the same for his daughter.
