A grand jury has officially indicted Young Vito, the rapper police believe to have shot and killed Brick Squad Monopoly member and Waka Flocka’s best friend, Slim Dunkin (born Mario Hamilton), back in December 2011.

Young Vito (born Vinson Hardimon), was indicted on charges of murder, felony murder, aggravated assault and possession of a firearm during commission of a felony, according to reports.

Initially, there were reports that the deadly incident started over a piece of candy and ended with the Young Vito and Slim Dunkin fighting in the studio booth, after words were exchanged.

Now, it’s being said that the two were fighting over recording time. Slim Dunkin was fatally shot on Dec. 16th after a heated altercation in a recording studio in Atlanta.

No court date has been set as of yet.
