An on-looker tells Us Weekly that Bobbi Kristina, 19, and her R&B singer dad, 43, had lunch at Blue Fin, located in the heart of Times Square.

The “family” moment was also shared with Bobby’s girlfriend, Alicia Etheridge and 3 other unidentified people. The source says Bobbi Kristina didn’t seem the least bit interested because she “was on her phone and texting a crazy amount. She didn’t seem too thrilled to be there, in all honesty.”

Hopefully they can mend their broken father-daughter relationship.
