Shortly after the release of Ye’s new track “Theraflu,” (where he admitted he fell in love with Kim Kardashian while still dating Amber Rose) pics of Kanye & Kim TOGETHER surface!

The “couple” was spotted leaving a movie theater in NYC after seeing ‘The Hunger Games’ last night.

According to TMZ, Kanye & Kim are an item. Kim told Ryan Seacrest that she was single and was focusing on work and the gym. Change of heart maybe?

UPDATE:

Kanye & Kim decided to get up for lunch this afternoon (April 5th) in NYC at an eatery called Serefina. Kim was spotted leaving her hotel and hopping in a car, allegedly sent by Kanye. The two then reunited at Serefina where we see them exchange a hug.

And then TMZ got video of them leaving their lunch date:
