A man was shot three times at a Young Jeezy concert in Toronto, Canada around 12:30am Thursday morning (April 5th).
A 26-year-old male was shot three times in the torso and was left in serious, but stable condition, according to police. Jeezy never hit the stage because the victim was shot in between the opening acts and before the headliner act. Police had everyone evacuate the venue and the show was cancelled.
Investigators are still looking for the shooter.
Later, Jeezy took to his Twitter page to assure his Toronto fans that he would return tweeting, “Backstage @ Sound Academy in Toronto! Police closed venue and cancelled the greatest show!!! I will be back! Next stop London, Ontario!”
