Usher got into his emotions on yesterday as he took the stand in custody court after Tameka Foster’s lawyer claimed Usher was more concerned about partying than his 2 sons.

According to TMZ,  Usher was on the stand for hours today in his ongoing custody trial with his ex Tameka Foster.

Usher quoted his ex as threatening him saying, “I’m gonna kick your a**. B***h get out of the car. How dare you bring this woman into my subdivision in my house?”

Usher added, “She continued to spit. At this point she pulled the door open, tried to swing at her,” speaking on an altercation that went down after Usher brought his girlfriend with him to drop his kids off.

During questioning, Tameka’s lawyer revealed photos of Usher partying in Europe in February. Usher wants more custody of his children but Tameka’s lawyer is trying to prove he’d rather party than be a good dad.

And of course his alleged drug use was brought up. Usher admitted smoking purple flowers in the past but once his alleged ecstasy use was brought up, Usher’s lawyer objected.

Usher insisted he never used drugs in front of the children but never cleared up if he ever been with his children under the influence.

The trial will continue today.
