50 Cent is back in the hospital, this time after being involved in a car accident in Queens.

According to 50′s website, 50 Cent was involved in a bad accident last night (June 25th) as his bullet-proof SUV was rear-ended by a Mack truck on the LIE in NYC.

50 was rushed to the closest hospital in Queens where they are currently running test on his neck and back. The driver of 50′s SUV is also in the hospital. The truck driver reportedly told police his loaded shifted and lost control of the vehicle which caused the accident.

50 was just in the hospital last month for a stomach virus and we all know he was shot 9 times back in 2000.

Hope this isn’t some type of media attention stunt from 50. Kinda weird that there weren’t any official news sources on the scene.
