A woman attempting to steal a clearance wig from a beauty supply store took a nice BITE out of the store owner’s arm before dashing off.

The crazy lady has a name. She is none other then Ms Lowpel Davis of New Haven, CT. Police say, Ms Davis, 38, tried to take a wig from Sassy’s Beauty Supply on Tuesday afternoon and became violent when store owner Jongyol Lee and his 70 year-old father tried to stop her.

The madness began when Mr. Lee noticed a wig went missing from a mannequin and saw Davis taking a $15 clearance wig after looking through the store’s surveillance video. They also saw Davis stuff several other items in her bag.

For some reason, Mr Lee and his father decided to try and apprehend Ms. Davis themselves. That was a mistake!

Davis punched the two men in the face and then bit the owner’s arm, snatching a piece of flesh from his bicep. To make it worse, she spit it back in his face! OUCH!

Once New Haven police arrived on the scene, they found Davis nearby, kicking and screaming.

The store owner was taken to Yale-New Haven hospital and was treated for “bites and other injuries.”

Davis was charged with sixth-degree larceny, a breach of peace, criminal mischief, assault and two counts of assaulting police officers. Her bond is set at $150,000. All of this for a cheap wig. SMH
