Apparently Floyd Mayweather Jr.’s cries haven’t swayed a Nevada judge. Floyd’s emergency motion to be released from jail was denied!
Floyd filed an emergency motion to be released on house arrest because he claims he’s dehydrated and malnourished which is taking a toll on his body, which in turn puts his boxing career in jeopardy.
Find out why the judge called B.S. on Floyd’s complaints after the cut:
The judge wasn’t buying it so his motion was denied and he will be required to complete the remainder of his 3-month sentence for domestic violence in a jail cell.
According to court docs obtained by TMZ, the judge says the boxer’s condition is “self-induced as water is made available to [Floyd] twenty-four hours a day.”
And as far as Floyd not getting enough calories a day, the judge says it’s because “[Floyd] chooses not to eat the food provided.”
The judge also added, “While the training areas and times provided to Floyd may not be consistent with his prior regimen, he is indeed provided sufficient space and time for physical activity if he so chooses.”
You do the crime, you do the time. Guess this judge not worried about disrespecting the “money team”
