The original Kanye brand used a late 80′s basketball shoe as its starting point, the II is built on a tennis shoe with a slimmer silhouette compared to the original.
This shoe will probably catch the attention of P.E.T.A., who’s always looking to march about something. There are nearly enough animal references to fill up a zoo, including anaconda-textured leather quarter panels and eyelets, a molded area above the heel with raised bumps that resemble the armored underside of a reptile, a bird design on the tongue and a parade of critter hieroglyphics across the loop strap, that spells out YZY.
The limited edition shoe, will be released in two colorways, “platinum” (two shades of gray) with orange accents and black with accents in pink (silence), with a MSRP value of $245.
