It looks like (former?) Basketball Wives star Jennifer Williams no longer suffers from psychological damage caused from being b*tch slapped on TV.

She is dropping her lawsuit against Nia Crooks for assaulting her in the infamous “Basketball Wives” episode that aired in January.

The reality TV star claimed she suffered serious physical damage, [all I saw was a slap, did I miss something?] and psychological damage after Crooks popped her for the cameras.

According to TMZ, Williams dropped the lawsuit and filed court documents to end the legal war forever. Sources say there was no settlement, but Jennifer decided not to move forward since she is already dealing with a difficult divorce and didn’t find it necessary to pursue civil action against Crooks.

In response to the good news, Nia’s lawyer Javier Solano said:

“We have always maintained that the frivolous lawsuit brought by Jennifer Williams was nothing short of a last-gasp attempt to maintain her dwindling relevance on the ‘Basketball Wives.

“Nia is happy to put this issue behind her and start looking ahead to work on her own career.” 

Hold up…did I miss something again?  LOL What “career” does Nia have? Still being Ev’s assistant??

We’re sure Nia is happy but it makes us wonder, was the lawsuit pursued just to add drama surrounding the show? DUH!

Now that Jenn has been fired, the Bentley has been repossessed and she is paying lawyer fees for her current divorce, does she have any money? Well, there’s her lip gloss company. Anyone know how that’s going for her?

Did VH1 ever file their lawsuit against Jen? Cause they sure were planning to. We predict Jennifer being on the next season of “Basketball Wives.” Jennifer and Evelyn have made up, Jen has a little drama going on with getting her Bently repossessed and her divorce. Yea, she’ll be back.
