Reports surfaced that Miami Dolphins wide receiver Chad Johnson was arrested Aug 11, on allegations of domestic violence against his wife Evelyn Lozada-Johnson after a confrontation and argument, following dinner.
According to the Miami Herald:
After spending the night in jail, Johnson was able to see Judge Mindy Solomon on Sunday morning. Bond has been set at $2,500 for Chad “Ochocinco” Johnson. The judge also placed an order that Johnson is to stay away from Evelyn, who wasn’t present, until the incident is resolved. He has paid his bond and will be out of jail within a few hours.
