K. Michelle has deaded all the rumors that she’s dating Olympic swimmer Ryan Lochte. Rumors of the two dating began to circulate after K. Michelle tweeted Ryan words of encouragement as he competed in the 2012 Summer Olypmics, often referring to him as “pooh.”

In an official statement released by her rep, K says she and Ryan are just “supportive friends” Mmmhmm

The statement reads, “K. Michelle and Ryan Lochte are just great friends who support one another. Ryan and K. Michelle have known one another for some time, and their relationship is nothing more but wonderful and supporting friends in each other’s career.”

K. Michelle also took to her Twitter to dead the rumors tweeting:

“This is so out the blue and old news. I am single. I have friends and I support their endeavors! #carryon”
