Chad “Ochocinco” Johnson is speaking out about his pending divorce and he says he’s not signing anything! He believes he will be able to win his estranged wife, Evelyn Lozada back.

Sources tell TMZ, he won’t sign the divorce papers or partake in any divorce proceedings because he doesn’t want to get a divorce.

Evelyn filed for divorce a few days after Chad allegedly head butted her in the heat of an argument. He was arrested and then we all watched his life crumble in front of our eyes.

But Chad still has hope. He recently got a tattoo of Evelyn’s face on his leg in hopes of winning her back. Sources close to Ev say she has NO plans on getting back with Chad and wants to get this divorce finalized.

Luckily for Evelyn, under Florida law, the divorce can still be finalized with a judge’s approval.
