Lauryn Hill was arrested back in June after she was charged with tax evasion after failing to file income in 2005, 2006 and 2007. Now her mugshot has been released. We told you she plead guilty in a U.S. District Court in Newark, N.J. after admitting that she intentionally failed to file tax returns...
