Correction officials say rapper Ja Rule is set to leave an upstate New York prison after serving most of his two-year sentence for illegal gun possession. But officials say instead of heading home Thursday from Mid-State Correctional Facility the rapper will be going straight into federal custody...

No Limit rapper C-Murder (born Corey Miller) will still have to serve a life sentence after his appeal was rejected in a Louisiana appeals court. A three-judge panel from the state's 5th Circuit Court of Appeal on Wednesday rejected Miller's argument that he didn't get a fair trial. (more...)
